Job Description

Our client is a rapidly growing and highly successful organization in the Medical sector, who are looking to appoint a home-working to join for a 12 month maternity contract.

This role will be fully remote/ home working.

Within this role you will be required to cover the administration side to the recruitment process. This will include the following;

  • Writing and posting job adverts
  • Liaise with agencies on PSL to update them on live vacancies, this will be done weekly.
  • Arrange interviews
  • Screen candidates
  • Pull head hunting lists
  • Manage careers emails, responding to all queries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous resourcing/ recruitment experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Organized
  • Proactive approach
