Experience in using video conferencing platforms or a willingness to learn in this area is essential. You will also be required to print, collate and courier materials to venues for face to face events should we return to this format in the future.
You will contribute to the quality assurance of our learning events by:

  • Hosting our online events using various different platforms working closely with the facilitators to ensure these events run effortlessly.
  • Inputting evaluations and using the events database to collate statistics on attendance and delegate feedback.
  • Producing delegate packs including: copying materials, collating packs and organizing couriers in line with our internal processes.
  • Attending and setting up events and liaising with the venue to ensure it runs smoothly, should we return to face to face deliveries in the future.
  • Creating, sending and tracking Agreements of Work (Contracts) and ensuring invoices are approved in a timely manner.

You will have worked in a similar role, be creative and have a solution-focused approach to managing competing demands. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and delegates.
