Job Description

We are recruiting for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Administrator for a full-time permanent role for one of our established clients based in Plymouth.

  • Working alongside the internal purchasing team
  • Daily liaising with sales and factory production teams to ensure timelines are met in line with requirements
  • Daily liaising with customers, updating them on orders and deliveries, along with dealing with queries
  • Purchasing and maintaining component parts from third party suppliers
  • Inventory management
  • General administrative duties

The position is full time permanent working Monday to Friday 08.30am – 05.30pm


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience using Microsoft outlook and Office
  • Proficient in using Excel
  • Data Entry
  • Organized and good time management
  • Previous experience using internal intranet/manufacturing and ordering systems
