Job Description

You will support the internal design, purchasing and production teams by submitting designs concepts to the client’s external stakeholders. On the job training will be provided to realize the inter processes and systems that are used.

  • Keeping track of the approval status at all stages using our internal systems.
  • Organizing samples to be sent for approval and tracking the process from concept stage through to final approval, where the product can then be sold to the wider market.
  • Communicating with the design, purchasing and production team at all stages.

The position is full time permanent working Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.30pm


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong skills in organization and being able to manage multiple projects within a multi-faceted working office environment.
  • Evidence of administration, a strong understanding of Excel, data input and have a passion for having everything organized and under control.
  • Sticking to timelines whilst maintaining accuracy in work produced
  • Other advantageous experience includes Clothing Retail, licensing, stock management, online marketing.
