Job Description

The role is situated within the group's private wealth team and this position would suit somebody who is looking for an entirely flexible role. You'll need to be able to work one or two days each week, with flexibility to increase or decrease this as required by the team.

  • All aspects of scheme administration, including maintaining the client relationship by liaising with the employer on a regular basis and dealing directly with the group risk providers on an ongoing basis.
  • Handling any claims in a prompt and efficient manner by acting as the primary liaison between employer and risk provider.
  • Turning around renewal requests very promptly.
  • Conducting market rate reviews.
  • Ensuring clients' records are kept up to date on the back office system
  • Keeping up to date with legislation changes and fca requirements.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

In order to be considered for this unique opportunity, candidates need to have –

  • Previous experience administration experience within a financial planning firm
  • Previous experience using platforms and back office systems is advantageous
  • Professional communication manner, both written and verbally
  • Methodological approach and attention to detail
  • Any financial services qualifications are desired
