Job Description

You will be responsible for providing professional administration services to their UK and international customers. You will gain experience in statutory and regulatory compliance, ensuring that good relationships are maintained and helping identify where current processes can be improved. You will have a good understanding of corporate administration including the basic principles of UK company law, regulations, and best practice.
This is a technical and professional position, so you will have a proactive approach to work, investigating and questioning where more information is required. You will work well in a team and have a high attention to detail.
This is a specialist position which would suit someone from the legal or financial services sector. Graduates with work experience will be considered and in return a generous salary is on offer. This role is initially expected to be working from home, but you will be expected to return a few days a week to their offices.
