Job Description

Logistics Administrators required ongoing temporary positions with possibility of going permanent.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 15:00 - 23:00
We are looking for two Logistics Administrators - one to work 07:00 - 15:00 and one to work 15:00 - 23:00, you will be working for a large modern manufacturer.
Logistics Administrator responsibilities include supporting all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation. Candidates will need to be well-organized and understand the order fulfilment cycle. You will ensure customers receive the right orders on time.
Duties will include:

  • Planning shipments based on product availability and customer requests
  • Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Preparing shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
  • Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers
  • Provide information to customers about the status of their order

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role.
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills
