You will be responsible for driving Group-wide recruitment compliance performance by you’ll consistently improve the quality of our recruitment checks, speed of hire, customer service, and candidate experience.
You will effectively and proactively conduct the post-offer and pre-employment checks process from issuing offers and contracts to obtaining references, criminal records checks, and evidence of qualifications. Your role will also develop to include, advertising, sourcing, and screening candidates.
