Job Description

We have the opportunity for you to join our team as a Technical Administrator providing administration support to the Technical department, responsible for filing of bakery paperwork, providing information for traces and general office duties as requested. In this role you will be:

  • Filing and maintaining the sites due diligence paperwork
  • Review all paperwork and identify non-conformance/inaccurate paperwork.
  • Raise non-conformances if necessary and log on to weekly issue log.
  • Log and collate customer complaints data
  • Completion of Export documentation using system
  • Provision of monthly reports as required by Technical
  • Data entry and archiving of bakery paperwork
  • Distribute site mail on daily basis, collate, frank and organize outgoing mail
