You will provide support on all enquiries coming into the department via phone, reception, email and other communication portals. All activities should be undertaken to support the delivery of a customer focused, cost effective and efficient enquiry service with a flexible approach to working. It is essential to have good IT skills, excellent communications skills, and experience of working within an office or customer focused environment with good attention to detail. An understanding of or experience in the Higher Education sector would be beneficial.
