Job Description

Working closely with the Consultants and Paraplanners the main focus of this role will be to provide day to day business support with duties consisting of;

  • Producing complex and detailed reports to aid the financial advisers
  • Corresponding with clients
  • Processing new business
  • Performing fund switches
  • Liaising with investment companies
  • Creating fund research to build model portfolios
  • Performing yearly reviews of existing client
  • Maintaining the client database ensuring all information is correct and up to date.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ideally candidates will have experience of using a Back Office System along with a number of Provider Platforms. Exams and long term career development is supported. You must be able to work as part of a busy team environment and should offer first class communication skills in order to provide high levels of client care.
