Job Description
We are recruiting for a full time Accounts /HR Assistant at our Head Office in Plympton. You will be working Monday to Friday 9.00am – 4.30pm with 30min lunch break. Situated in a handy location close to main bus routes.
Daily tasks will include:
- Credit Control administration
- Cashbook Maintenance
- Bank reconciliation
- Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers in a timely and accurate manner
- Taking and logging of phone calls
- Basic Administration
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
- You will be working with our in-house accountancy software & Microsoft Office programmes (Good knowledge of Excel required)
