Job Description
In this position you will be responsible for supporting HR staff with the processing of administration tasks across all areas of HR, to include;
- Monitoring and maintaining HR and Recruitment inboxes
- Administration of vacancy advertising - internal and external
- Processing of applications for vacancies and expressions of interest
- Support administration for shortlisting of candidates and arrangement of interviews
- Producing recruitment correspondence
- Maintain vetting processes (references, ID checks)
- HR system maintenance
- Supporting social media output - regarding vacancies, HR initiatives
- Ensure accurate filing and recording of information
- Processing reference requests as appropriate
- Produce and maintaining training agreements
- Analysis of induction and exit questionnaires
- Processing of Occupational Health referrals
- Process DBS checks and renewals
- To provide general administration support as requested
