Job Description

In this position you will be responsible for supporting HR staff with the processing of administration tasks across all areas of HR, to include;

  • Monitoring and maintaining HR and Recruitment inboxes
  • Administration of vacancy advertising - internal and external
  • Processing of applications for vacancies and expressions of interest
  • Support administration for shortlisting of candidates and arrangement of interviews
  • Producing recruitment correspondence
  • Maintain vetting processes (references, ID checks)
  • HR system maintenance
  • Supporting social media output - regarding vacancies, HR initiatives
  • Ensure accurate filing and recording of information
  • Processing reference requests as appropriate
  • Produce and maintaining training agreements
  • Analysis of induction and exit questionnaires
  • Processing of Occupational Health referrals
  • Process DBS checks and renewals
  • To provide general administration support as requested

  • Good eye for detail and high level of accuracy
  • Proactive and ability to use own initiative
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Effective ICT skills and confident with Microsoft software support packages
  • Professional, friendly, open and honest approach with ability to work on own and in a team
  • Willingness to learn and develop own skills
  • Ability to take ownership
  • Math and English - Grades 4 (C) or equivalent
  • Possibility of future progression/employment opportunities upon successful completion of Level 3. Potential pay increase after 6 months employment as an apprentice
  • Depending on progress there will be a pay increase after 6 months and on successful completion of apprenticeship.
