Good knowledge and previous experience of working with Agresso Finance System and/or other off-the-shelf software applications in a support or implementation role
Ability to work with Relational Databases such as SQL Server and/or Oracle
Experience of web services development especially using REST APIs
A track record of successfully delivering fit for purpose software solutions in a dynamic environment
Experience of providing broad-based software technical support and development services within a complex service environment
Experience of providing software technical support and development services
High level of analytical skills: understanding a business issue and providing a system solution
