Job Description
Supporting with the day to day HR requirements for the business, liaising and working with the HR Business Partner including:
- Supporting with recruitment and ensuring onboarding processes are in place, including right to work and licences checks.
- Ensuring employee records are uploaded and maintained on the HR system – BrightHR
- Day to day point of contact for employees in relation to HR – absence, holidays and general enquiries
- Ensuring personnel comply with all company policies, memos, hours of work etc.
- Collate information for Financial Director monthly re: employee additions/deletions/expenses/ salary amendments, for inclusion in payroll run .
Office Management /H & S
- Upkeep of records and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety/Risk Assessment/Fire regulations, including upkeep of logbook.
- To overview, process Admin duties attached to the General Office which include but not exclusive to: Eaton House Maintenance, Stationery, Admin printing, PQQ & Tender Documents Reception Duties, Opening and closing of General Office, post.
- To attend Directors/Management Meetings with a view to recording and issue of Meeting Minutes, as required.
- To arrange H & S Meetings, record and issue Meeting Minutes.
- Full reporting on all relative company matters to Department Head.
- Ensure the Company’s Quality Standards and Procedures within areas of responsibility is upheld.
- First Aid trained and ensuring first aid processes in place
