Job Description
You will work to ensure that the engineering team has adequate resources and pre-planned works to maximize efficiency and meet projected financial budgets.
Main responsibilities include:
- Handling day to day queries into the branch.
- Assisting in the effective planning of engineering works to ensure pre-planned works are completed with minimum down time and in an efficient manner.
- Working with the Regional Manager to Act as point of contact for engineering team’s day to day work schedule.
- Management of our Certification database to ensure that the engineering team are supplied with all documentation to carry out their roles accordingly.
- Proactively contacting potential customers to identify sales opportunities.
- Accurately producing quotations based on the customer specifications.
- Following up on all quotations and dealing with any queries.
- Processing sales orders and producing accurate order confirmations.
- Managing sales orders to achieve on time delivery.
- Assisting with the processing of job sheets, purchase orders, invoicing and filing.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure projected delivery times are met.
- Managing the service database and proactively contacting customers before servicing is due.
- Assisting with technical sales and support where necessary.
