Job Description

The benefit is passed onto our customers by providing a professional service and extensive product list. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a branch assistant to support key areas of our business.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Data entry of orders, invoices and credit notes.
  • Liaising via email and telephone with staff members, customers and suppliers.
  • Updating various vital databases.
  • Scheduling files for archiving and retrieval of files from storage
  • To oversee the daily internal operations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • High levels of accuracy essential.
  • Data entry and administrative experience would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Experienced user of Excel, Word and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A high level of organizational & planning skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • To be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced office environment.
