To take the front line of customer contact with inquiries, orders and aftersales matters and ensure that all customers enjoy an outstanding customer experience

Consistently monitoring the costs, progress and quality of every project.
Driving initiatives to make projects more time-efficient/cost-effective
To handle the majority of administrative matters on secured projects, enabling BDM(s) to spend most of their time on seeking new business.
To work on initiatives to free up BDM time including diary management, travel arrangements and other initiatives
Oversee progress projects from start to finish
Reporting on/working on pipeline of opportunity.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To have an understanding of the construction industry and requirements.
Experience in working on projects for tier 1 contractors
Previous experience as a project co-ordinator, administrator or related role such as office manager, project manager, etc
Good ability working with MS Office applications
Excellent administrative skills, work to tight deadlines, good communication skills, attention to detail and a methodical and logical approach
Driving licence, preparedness to travel on occasions for site visits and surveys. London, home counties, UK
