Assisting with general admin duties
Acting as first point of contact for the Service Manager and provide secretarial support when requested
Providing excellent customer service
Good customer service experience/background
Proven organisation and planning skills
Solid administrative skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail
Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
Aptitude to work without direct supervision
The ability to work independently yet also in a team
Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Confident when dealing with senior staff and external clients etc
Ability to manage and prioritise workloads and daily tasks
