An opportunity to play a part in the development of an exciting project in an integral and varied role. Your time will be split between PA duties, successfully lightening the load for company's owners, and assisting the Estate Manager in the general day-to-day running of the site.We are looking for someone who would enjoy and take pride in delivering great customer service to a busy family. In your administrative capacity, you will be able and willing to keep on top of the various aspects of a multi-faceted project, following instructions and systems/processes to ensure smooth running.
- Purchases and returns
- Personal administration
- Helping with diary management
- Managing director’s email
- Arranging travel
- Running personal errands and completing ad hoc tasks
- Researching and sourcing fixtures, fittings or furniture for houses or other buildings and finding the best prices for any items purchased
- Finding and arranging suppliers as required
- Managing bills, utilities, insurance, trade accounts, payments and expenses
- Helping on funding applications
- Managing digital and paper filing
- Timetabling meetings
- Arranging holidays, travel and helping arrange events
- Assisting with residential lets, holiday lets and retreats
- HR administration, including ensuring health and safety is complied with and up to date
- Organize food co-op
- Create and manage rotas for staff helping with farm animals
