You will be supporting with all recruitment and onboarding tasks as well and learning and some development administration. Duties include:
Working with the HR team you will support with a variety of administrative tasks and system changes
You will be the first point of contact for general HR queries
You will support the team with recruitment tasks including updating recruitment system, jobs, interviews and offers.
Update the hiring managers regularly on applications and acceptances
Take ownership of payroll checks and administration
Maintain all employee files and update all new starters profiles
Maintain records of any employee absence reporting.
You will ideally have experience working in a similar HR Administration role however if you have strong Administration skills and a desire to have a career within HR this may also be considered.
