You will provide a full, comprehensive, confidential administrative and secretarial service to the Senior Leadership Team.
You will undertake general office duties including the taking and typing of minutes, reports, other correspondence, actioning any requirements identified within the typing.
They will answer and manage calls and be the main point of contact for the Senior Leadership Team.

The service involves patients and service users at all levels of decision-making.
The post holder will report directly to the Senior Management Support Secretary and will work closely with them to support members of the Senior Leadership Team.
To maintain and manage all electronic diaries and use these diaries to arrange appointments and meetings for your allocated managers / clinicians.
To facilitate and coordinate events and all prevailing administrative duties including planning, agendas, take / type minutes (using paper and electronic methods), preparation of room and IT equipment, arrange venues and refreshments as required on request for meetings, workshops, investigations, and supervision.
Receive and record all email transmissions.
Priorities correspondence, ensuring all issues of an urgent nature are brought to the relevant manager’s attention.
Work as a member of the Team, providing cover in the absence of colleagues and work flexibly to meet the priorities of the Service.
Attending Daily Management Huddle meetings to minute and discuss staffing shortfalls and escalated facilities issues.
