Job Description
To provide effective liaison between the teams and customers affected by any work we are carrying out. To assist in the smooth running of the contract and provide administration support as and when required. To understand, implement and adhere to the company policy/strategy.
- To keep all Customers fully informed as to the programme of works regarding their dwelling.
- To regularly visit Customers to establish and resolve any problems that may arise or have already arisen.
- To work closely with the Client and their representatives ensuring good relations are maintained with the Customers and the expeditious execution of the works.
- To immediately inform the Contract Manager of any serious problems arising.
- To prepare a report every week for the Branch of events occurring / affecting Customers. This report is to include: All complaints or problems encountered and how they have been remedied, confidential notes on problem addresses.
- To attend site meetings / team meetings or any meetings relevant to site.
- To provide Handover Packs and instruct the customers on new installations.
- Closing jobs in the system complete or cancelled as the day / week unfolds.
- Preparing both pre and post work packs for individual properties
