We are looking for individuals with a real passion for delivering great service (and great food), with a strong work ethic as delivering exceptional customer service is essential. This role involves retail and reception duties for our guests, providing advice and exemplary service throughout their stay. It also requires catering skills as you will need to help out with the cooking of our menu.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Passionate about all the little details that make a holiday great, you’re the kind of person who gets how important good customer service is. It’s what makes our guests return time and time again. Experience of working in a fast paced food and beverage or retail environment is essential.
