Job Description

You will be an experienced and enthusiastic administrator who has the ability to act on initiative and work under pressure. With a positive approach and a willingness to learn and adapt to change, you will work closely with the Admin Manager and have a pivotal role in the smooth and efficient running of the administrative/secretarial service within the department.
The role requires excellent communication skills and accurate typing, along with digital dictation and management of patient appointments using various hospital applications,
To provide a wide range of administrative and secretarial support within the department/specialty. To contribute to best practice and assist in developing working practices within the unit/team in order to deliver an efficient and effective administration service in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines.
