Job Description

We are looking for someone who has Reception experience or/and in a clinical environment. You will come on board as a Reception and will want to train as a Dental Nurse with us.

Days - looking for anything from 3 days to 5 days

We have roles available at our West Park practice and Estover. Here our Reception team plays a huge part in our patient journey, from responding to queries in a timely manner, to highlighting relevant products and services which are available in practice.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Pride yourself on your strong communication and interpersonal skills both face to face and over the phone
• Be extremely organized and forward thinking
• Have excellent IT skills (appointment booking systems experience desirable)
• Be passionate about working to a high standard of service
• Have experience of working to customer service targets
• Have a passion for the Dental sector and drive to learn all about our products and services

Experience:

• Reception: 1 year (preferred)
• Clinical: 1 year (preferred)
