The role is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week 20% of which will be dedicated to your studies.

Your main focus will be to provide administrative support primarily to the Service Manager and to the wider business. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Manage the company’s Learning Management system
- Arrange and coordinate all aspects of training arrangements with trainers and training providers
- Produce training data and reports for meetings
- Liaise with trainers and delegates for all training
- Provide administrative support and data collection for incident management, quality and compliance audits and clinical governance
- Manage the complaints and safeguarding data and inbox system
- Provide administrative support with the company’s Care and Quality Commission portal
