Job Description

Reporting directly to the brand CEO, the Head of Finance will be responsible for the following:

• Leading the finance function of a restaurant group operating in 5 different countries
• Will manage 5-6 employees
• Preparation of management reports and review
• Preparation of Month end board pack at Group level
• Cash flow forecasting
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the statutory accounts and oversee the audit
• Balance Sheet management
• Financial analysis with a risk and opportunistic view
• Lead the preparation of the annual budget with the CEO
• Business partnering with unit managers and the CEO
• Business case analysis and support on new openings
• Ad-hoc analysis and support to the senior management team, as required
• Interacting with auditors and banks
• Treasury management
• Dealing with tax matters

What's on Offer

Basic salary of ~£70,000 to £80,000 depending on experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA Significant industry experience in the restaurant/hospitality and catering/retail sector International experience - reporting under IFRS Experience of working in a business unit or SME Experience of management accounts preparation
