Reporting directly to the brand CEO, the Head of Finance will be responsible for the following:
Leading the finance function of a restaurant group operating in 5 different countries
Will manage 5-6 employees
Preparation of management reports and review
Preparation of Month end board pack at Group level
Cash flow forecasting
Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the statutory accounts and oversee the audit
Balance Sheet management
Financial analysis with a risk and opportunistic view
Lead the preparation of the annual budget with the CEO
Business partnering with unit managers and the CEO
Business case analysis and support on new openings
Ad-hoc analysis and support to the senior management team, as required
Interacting with auditors and banks
Treasury management
Dealing with tax matters
What's on Offer
Basic salary of ~£70,000 to £80,000 depending on experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA Significant industry experience in the restaurant/hospitality and catering/retail sector International experience - reporting under IFRS Experience of working in a business unit or SME Experience of management accounts preparation
