The main role of this job will to be the front of house for our business. You will be responsible for booking customers in for the activities we run, such as karting and laser tag. You will book in and accommodate for customers that turn up on the day and also book customers in for parties etc. in advance. You will speak with customers on the phone, face to face and also via our email/website system. It is important to have a good customer service skill base for this role and be competent with administration work. You will be responsible for the general housekeeping of the reception area as well. This is to make sure our establishment maintains its high standard of professionalism. You will work alongside other members of staff closely so it is important to have good listening and communication skills. You will also need to be able to run our Laser tag arena when required.
You will be required to work a mixture of weekday and weekends. On average you will work 40 hour weeks, however, this is flexible. Please only apply if you're available for evenings and weekends as this is when we are open to the public.
Full training will be given on completion of a successful trial shift. No experience is required however it is preferred.
