Job Description

This organisation is on a mission to find an experienced leader to mentor a team of ambitious and successful Software Engineers. You will primarily be sharing your knowledge and supporting the growth of the team and the company's platform.

To be successful, you will need to be a hands-on Team Leader who is looking to really shape an Engineering function, whilst providing supportive guidance to your team. You will have strong experience of event-based systems, architectural design, java development, worked within AWS cloud services, have previously led a team of 5+ engineers, and a track record of building solutions from beginning to end.
