Job Description
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing clients to maintain/increase services and revenues from key accounts
- Drive targeted business development activities
- Implement annual energy audits in order to identify opportunities for savings
- Build business cases for delivering savings to clients
- Presenting financial proposals for energy efficiency opportunities
- Support clients with their annual compliance audits
- ESOS reporting including transport data
- Provide compliance with the new streamlined Energy and Carbon reporting (SECR) framework
- Attend client meetings
- Undertake site surveys
- Travel nationally and internationally to implement company projects
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Degree qualification (energy/sustainability / environmental related preferably)
- ESOS assessor preferred or capable of achieving this is desirable
- Project management and program delivery experience
- Experience of financial investment appraisal techniques
- Strong commercial knowledge and the ability to develop new business opportunities
- High level of competence in the use of IT, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Highly organised and strong attention to detail
- Positive, can-do attitude with aptitude and desire to learn
