Financial Reporting Manager
Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to be part of The Collectives fast-growing finance team. You will join the very heart of the business, working with the finance team and the other functions within the business, in order to help deliver our ambitious expansion plans throughout Europe, North America and beyond. As Financial Reporting Accountant you will be responsible for preparing the statutory accounts and delivery of high quality consolidated management accounts. This role will report directly into the Financial Controller. The work is varied in a high-growth start-up environment that rewards results and empowers you to make decisions on behalf of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing and Filing all Statutory Accounts
- Managing the audit process and being the main point of contact for the auditors
- Production of the monthly Group Consolidation management accounts
- Filing confirmation statements
- Managing External Deadlines
- Preparing all External Reporting to Lenders/Investors
- Preparing opening balance sheets and completion accounts for acquisitions or dispositions
- Managing shareholder loan / equity balances
- Ad-hoc transaction support

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
ACA/ACCA qualified Knowledge of accounting systems and Advanced excel skills Multi-entity experience Audit experience and a track record of preparing financial statements, statutory accounts, consolidated monthly management accounts and reports Technical financial accounting knowledge Experience of working in a fast-paced environment is a plus
