• Project coordination and status tracking during harmonisation projects
• Working successfully and calmly to aggressive and tight timescales
• Support closely on a broad range of projects such as; culture, harmonisation, rationalisation of legal entities and M&A activity
• Track the overall performance of various projects across the team
• Produce reports for senior leaders in HR
• Any prior experience as a HR Project Coordinator/Manager with involvement in a harmonisation project before would be ideal.
• Experience in an M&A situation with an understanding of what it involves is also advantageous
• Exposure to people change related projects and ability to demonstrate an understanding of the process of consultation, change management, communication etc.
• Previously working in a global capacity (Europe, APAC and/or US) is required
• Experience using Microsoft Projects is highly desirable
