Job Description
- With full P&L responsibility you will be responsible for leading the growth and development of the team and hiring new Recruitment Consultants
- You will be setting targets, managing performance and directing the sales activity
- You will be actively involved in coaching and training and maximising the potential of each member of the team
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- You will be an experienced Regional Recruitment Director or Senior Manager with proven experience of managing a team
- This is a strategic role where you will be taking the lead in driving sales initiatives and directing the business to generate further growth
- You need to bring a dynamic, can-do attitude - someone who can bring solutions and contribute ideas
