Job Description
  • Be a trusted advisor to all your clients, proactively identifying client needs and new opportunities for the agency
  • Manage and strengthen client relationships
  • Be responsible for creating and implementing strategic plans
  • Financial responsibility for client budgets, forecasting, changing of scope
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams to exceed client expectations
  • Organically and proactively grow the business in line with account plans
  • Ensure projects are driven and delivered on time, on budget and on client strategy

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Account Managment experience
  • Great Client Facing skills
  • Previous experience in an Agency or Digital Communications setting
  • Healthcare or Pharma experience would be ideal
  • Experience of managing multiple digital communication projects at the same time
  • Experience in applying strategic input into client projects 6
  • Extensive understanding of a variety of media, including events, design, digital and video
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management
  • Strong financial understanding and management
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
