Job Description

The successful candidate will help with general company administration and also marketing support. This is a responsible role for someone to manage their own workload but to understand its importance in relation to the company and to liaise closely with all departments within the company, particularly the admin team. We are a growing company and believe this role may grow as company expands its activities.

  • Assisting with Company marketing
  • Ensuring Health & Safety standards are met
  • Reception duties including answering phone calls, greeting customers, and recording information
  • Sales and Company upselling 
  • Completing general administration tasks for the Sales team
  • Purchase ledger
  • Database management

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Be an analytical thinker
  • Previous experience with Sage accounts
  • Experience and knowledge in social media
  • Good organizational skills
  • Problem solver
  • Eye for detail – accurate numbers and use of English
  • Work with accuracy
  • Appreciate the detail but see the big picture
  • Strong communication skills , both externally and internally
