We are looking for people who can provide a warm welcome, with genuine empathy and clear communication to all our guests at the start, during and at the end their stay, leaving a lasting impression that makes people want to return. You will assist with the smooth running of the reception desk and support with administration and reservations as needed. You will want to make good links with the other departments to create a seamless journey for our guests as well as encouraging guest feedback to support our continuous improvements.
In general, you will be naturally positive with a ‘can do’ and solutions focused attitude. Alongside this will be your willingness to embrace change, be open, honest and collaborative.

This role would ideally be working 24 hours per week. Shifts will be 8 hours over 3 days or 6 hours over 4 days. This will be discussed with candidates at interview. Overtime may be available from time to cover sickness, holidays and busy periods.
