Job Description

You will be taking orders from customers via email and telephone and will liaise with our logistics and sales teams in order to supply and manage the order requirements. Whilst providing excellent customer service and working collaboratively, there will be opportunities to build relationships with internal and external customers within the industry.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer management
  • Resilience
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage own workload
  • Basic IT literacy
  • Previous exposure to customer service would be advantageous but not essential
  • Asphalt knowledge or a background within the construction industry would be a bonus
