Job Description

We are seeking someone who is motivated and confident in delivering excellent Customer Service, ideally with experience in claims handling or Administration. This position would require remote working on a permanent basis (all equipment provided).

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage a caseload of building claims
  • Supporting policy holders at the beginning of the claims process and recording any new information
  • Empathies with customers to ensure an excellent level of Customer Service
  • Confirm progress to the policy holders and negotiate settlement where applicable
  • Diary management
