Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity available in our Customer Care Team for someone looking to help our customers and help promote positivity for the Range brand. During your day you will receive emails from Online and Store customers for pre-order and post-order questions. This can lead to wide variety of questions to keep the day interesting.
Key responsibilities will include:
- To provide front line customer services in line with agreed protocols, timeframes and correspondence handling requirements
- To identify customers’ needs through friendly email conversation and deduce the appropriate course of action ensuring the best outcome for the Customer and The Range
- Accurate recording and data entry of customer details on to the database.
- Keep up-to-date with all procedures and products in order to meet customers’ expectations, on a daily basis
- Ensure all technical and email handling targets are met
- Maintain confidentiality, security of information and premises (Data Protection Act 1984)
