The Claims Handler will play a vital role in the process, acting as the first point of contact for calls and enquires across the business.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience of WRc- accredited report writing
• Knowledge of UK domestic and commercial drainage insurance space
• The ability to work well within rigid SLAs
• Keen appreciation for customer service and delivering excellence at all times
