We have a vacancy for a Duty Administrator. This key role in our service provides a First Point of access for phone and email enquiries. The post holder will be given training in all aspects of service provision. The Duty Administrator will support callers and respond to emails with information about referral pathways to our service and signpost to other appropriate agencies. The Duty Administrator will also work alongside the Service Manager and Senior Advocates to support the coordination and data collection for management reports related to service activity and contribute to the day to day running of the service and the needs of the team as required.
