Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized individual who is sales orientated but also has good customer focused experience to join our Sales and Support Team in Manchester.
Initially the position will be an administrator role, keying on leads, data inputting and answering customer enquiries, the successful candidate will need to be able to use their own initiative and work well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with incoming enquiries which will involve building detailed knowledge of the different types of surveys we offer.
  • Inputting leads from e-mails onto the sales system.
  • Data inputting/cleansing information and inputting into main database.
  • Good organization skills essential for the role.
