Job Description
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days Monday to Sunday, working between 7am and 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm Saturday and 9am - 4pm Sunday
Responsibilities:
- To provide the first point of contact for customers, received by telephone or email within agreed handling times
- Deliver excellent customer service and offer solutions and advice on products and services.
- Navigate multiple systems whilst supporting customers over the telephone and through multiple contact channels
- Be used to dealing with difficult situations
- Be able to problem solve whilst providing an outstanding service at all times
- Full training will be provided, with ongoing support
