Job Description

We are looking for candidates who are familiar with a call Centre and comfortable using a multi-screen environment. The aim of the role is to provide the first point of contact for customers, received by telephone or email within agreed handling times whilst delivering excellent customer service and offer solutions and advice on products and services.

The successful applicant must be used to dealing with difficult situations, be able to problem solve whilst providing outstanding service at all times. You will also need excellent computer skills. This role is for an immediate start and will be on a temp to perm basis.

Hours are 37.5 hours per week between 7am - 8pm Monday - Friday and 8am - 4pm Saturday and 9am - 4pm Sunday Full training will be provided.
