This opportunity is a new role that will support our busy sports and physical activity services. This role will be responsible for all admin duties across the Active department including aquatics, health & fitness, sports, PE and our inclusive holiday and weekend clubs. The role will be the first point of enquiry for all users internally, externally and including hirers. The Administrator will also be responsible for booking visits, show rounds and tasters for all users. The role will manage accurate income records, databases, invoices and orders across the department. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to priorities a daily workload and the ability to meet deadlines.
