We are looking for a talented and engaging Customer Service Advisor to join our established team in our Devon office dealing with inbound and outbound calls offering great customer service.
The role of a Customer Service Advisor?

  • Delivering professional, outstanding customer service to our customers
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound calls, with no targets, just the expectation to go above and beyond for our customers!
  • Handling range of existing customer and new business enquiries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The Customer Service Advisor will need customer service, administration or call Centre experience but most importantly you need to have the right attitude and passion to deliver first class service to our customers.
