We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to assist with other administration duties. Key responsibilities to include:
- Invoice batching, matching and coding
- Supplying and checking purchase order references
- Inputting of supplier invoices and other data entry
- Scanning, filing and maintenance of documentation
- Bank reconciliations and maintenance of fixed asset register
The company uses Sage accounting software and any candidates wishing to apply will ideally possess a good level of experience using MS Excel and general MS Office programs. The role would be suited to a part/fully AAT qualified or a candidate with general accounting experience to enable them to hit the ground running.
