You will be responsible for providing and delivering an efficient and effective administrative role across the department. You will be required to ensure accurate recording and monitoring of data, including finance and performance monitoring, to develop reporting, system information and intelligent information presentations. This is a support role to the development department and drives information gathering, customer care and process monitoring to enable reporting, delivery and team/system developments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and be able to use a variety of generic or bespoke IT systems to collect, record, and monitor data.
