Job Description

The post holder will be a key contributor to the success of the Programme Delivery Team in providing high quality administration support to key team members within the department.

This role will involve coordinating diaries, booking and administering meetings, monitoring and reviewing key departmental plans, documents and processes.

In addition this role will involve providing project support duties, developing and maintaining SharePoint and diary management.

There will also be a need to provide support in developing & maintaining key team and departmental documentation.

This role requires collaborative working across the Digital Services department and whilst this is an anchor role, the post holder will need flexible in order to meet the travel requirements of the post. In the natural day-to-day operations of the Digital Services Department specific responsibilities and duties of the post-holder within the role may change to meet the developing requirements of the Trust.

The individual will need excellent communication and organizational skills, and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
